The kitchen and dining alongside the living room have direct access to the balcony as well, which wraps around to the side of the apartment to catch the afternoon sun where you can enjoy outdoor dining or a casual BBQ.
The three bedrooms are down the hall along with the main bathroom combined with the laundry and with a separate toilet.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
There is an inground pool at the rear of the complex and a single secure garage with direct stair access to the apartment.
