The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 singles. Both have ceiling fans, beautifully designed wardrobes and massive windows, to invite the wonderful sea breezes to fill the rooms.

Fantastic View
“We were impressed with all our dealings with Utopia Rentals, given our to-ing and fro-ings about COVID (we were travelling from Tasmania and our government is likely to shut us out at the slightest hint of an outbreak) and family bereavements which we were trying to manage in the weeks leading up to September 13. The property in Allambi Rise is spectacular, in a great position and well appointed. The view is fantastic.”

“We had an amazing time staying here with our kids. The house, location and views are incredible! Nice quiet, relaxing spot - could hear the waves and the birds and is just a 5 min walk downhill to beach. Spacious house split across 3 levels with well equipped kitchen and private rooftop perfect for spotting whales.”
