Through the front door and up the flight of stairs you will be welcomed to a light filled living room and dining area. Adjacent to the living room is a large balcony with stunning views overlooking the hinterland.

Centrally located on this level is the kitchen with breakfast bar and state of the art appliances including, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. A casual dining/family area is adjoined to the kitchen aswell as a private room with day bed and reading nook and an additional bathroom and laundry combination.

Through sliding doors to the rear of the property sits the large private pool, surrounded by rock garden and lush tropical greenery.

A second flight of stairs will take you to the top level where you will find the king master bedroom with walk in robe, large ensuite with bath tub and shower. Two more bedrooms are also on this level, one with a queen and another with 2 singles as well as a separate bathroom.

Property is not suitable for younger children.

From its scenic location you can walk to the Main Beach on Hastings St in under 15 minutes. Cafes, shops and restaurants are even closer, in Noosa Junction that has undergone a true renaissance in recent years. Here you will find many terrific coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. The Junction, has two supermarkets, bottle shops, organic fruit markets and seafood market.

All of our properties will include an amenities welcome pack to get you started for your holiday. Including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, toilet paper and bathroom amenities. Additional supplies may then be purchased to replenish this throughout your stay.
