This 3 bedroom, Sunshine Beach house has a light and bright open plan living and dining area with bi-folds looking out to the pool and BBQ area. You can watch the kids play in the pool while you prepare lunch and dinner in the kitchen or cook on the BBQ outside.

The pool area provides families with a wonderful place to spend the day and play with a grassy area and play set next to the pool for maximum fun! The play set is for ages 8 and below. There is a trampoline out the back for older kids and adults.

The living room has air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a dining table for 6 and a smart TV with Netflix. A variety of games can be found in the buffet cupboards for families and children to enjoy.

The kitchen is set up with all the essentials for a family including a DeLonghi espresso machine.

Two small stairs take you down to the lower part of the house where there are two bright bedrooms - one with a single bed and the other with a single over double bunkbed. Some kids books and toys are provided in these rooms. On the other side of the hallway is the main bathroom with a double shower and toilet.

A parent’s wing provides parents with the opportunity to have privacy and space while not being too far away. This area includes a large master bedroom with air-conditioning and ensuite. The ensuite includes a toilet, shower and bath that overlooks the garden. After a busy day of fun you can relax and watch the sunset from the back deck and watch the kids play on the grass, in the sandpit or on the trampoline.

The house has a European laundry with washing machine and dryer.
