Whether cool summer breezes or warm sub-tropical winter temperatures, life does not get much better with its views of white sandy beaches, the sparkling lagoon with its moored boats of varying sizes resting on the calm waters, to the views beyond of Noosa River. And then there are the glorious sunsets!

Leave the car in the secure garage or question why you need it at all, when minutes away in one direction is Noosa Main Beach or go the other way to Noosaville's river on Gympie Terrace.

Completely renovated to the highest standard, to include all new fixtures and appliances, and new decor which offers coastal chic. Open the door to a covered balcony to stunning views of trees, beach, lagoon and river. It is obviously perfect for long lunches, as an alternative to frequenting the nearby nationally recognize restaurants, or just casual sundowners with friends.

Great Place

“It was a great place to stay. It has everything to be comfortable so you won't be disappointed. Parking was secure and very easy. Communication with Cate was also very easy. It is walkable to Hastings Street (Main Street), about 15 minutes and the pool and jacuzzi are nice and relaxing. The wifi in the house is very disappointing. There is such a weak signal to the lounge area that it's not worth using. Would have loved some tennis racquets and tennis balls to enjoy the court. Would stay again”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our needs. It is spacious. light & bright and super clean and has all the amenities you need. It is ideally located central to both Hastings St and Gympie Terrace, Noosaville. Both only 20 min plus walk or a short bus ride which can be caught out the front of Quamby Place shops. Ubers are also a great way to get around, only costing $8-10 between both areas and the apartment. The pool, spa & sauna area are maintained beautifully and are a great quiet area to relax. Cate is a great communicator and everything was arranged perfectly. You will love this apartment! Keep in mind it is upstairs and the apartment is split lever - so more stairs. Did not bother us but may if you are not so mobile.”
